What people usually ask
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. We set it up, show you how it works, and look after it from there. If you can use a phone, you'll be fine.
What does it cost?
The health check and the first chat are free. The full audit is NZ$1,499, and the full amount comes off your set-up if you go ahead. After that you get a fixed price for the set-up and a monthly plan from NZ$449, based on what you actually need.
What's the difference between the free health check and the paid audit?
The health check is fifteen questions you answer yourself. It shows where the gaps probably are. The audit is us in your business, talking to you and your team, looking at your tools and your numbers, and working out exactly what to fix first and what it's worth.
Why do you charge for the audit?
Because it's real work and you walk away with a plan you can use, whether you hire us or not. If you go ahead with a set-up, the full NZ$1,499 comes off the price.
Am I locked into a contract?
Monthly plans have a three month minimum so there's time to see results. After that they run month to month and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. We set things up in your name wherever we can and work through partner access, so if we ever part ways, everything stays with you.
I already have a CRM. Do I have to change?
Usually not. If what you've got can do the job, we'll set it up properly and get your team using it. We only suggest switching if it's costing you.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not what we're about. The aim is to take the repetitive work off your team so they spend their time on customers and the work that brings in money.
Do you guarantee results?
No one honest can guarantee a number of leads or sales. What we do guarantee is that we'll be straight with you, show you what's working each month, and change what isn't.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in New Zealand. Audits happen on site or over a video call, whichever suits you, and the rest of the work is done remotely.
What happens to my customers' information?
It stays in your own accounts. We only connect what you approve, and we follow the Privacy Act 2020.
What if AI isn't right for my business?
We'll tell you at the audit. Sometimes the best fix is a simpler process with no new tool at all.
