Privacy policy

Loud Fox Co is a New Zealand business. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it under the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

Your name, business name, email address and phone number, when you fill in a form on this site, book a chat, or respond to one of our ads.
Your answers to our free health check, along with your score.
Anything you choose to tell us in a message, on a call or during an audit.
Basic website analytics, such as which pages are visited. If you arrive from one of our ads, the Meta Pixel may record that you visited or completed the health check, so we can measure how the ads perform.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and arrange a chat.
To provide the services you ask for, including audits, set-up and ongoing support.
To send occasional updates, but only if you've agreed to them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Where it's stored

We keep contact details in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and our email and file storage (Google Workspace). These services may store information outside New Zealand. We choose providers with strong security, and we only give them what they need to do the job.

If you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes your details to us so we can contact you. Our website may also use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. Meta's own privacy policy applies to that information, and you can manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We only share it with the service providers above, or where the law requires it.

Your clients' information

When we set up tools for your business, your customer data stays in your own accounts. We only access what you approve, for as long as you need us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email hey@loudfoxco.com and we'll respond within 20 working days. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
